The office was born under the influence and encouragement of business and real estate lawyer João Baptista Ventura, now in memory. Lawyer, university professor, and economist, from the City of São Paulo, Ventura saw, lived, and helped build part of the history of the Brazilian commercial and industrial real estate market development since the beginning of the 1970s. In addition to that, he traveled around the world helping his clients and business partners.
