1970
The office was born under the influence and encouragement of business and real estate lawyer João Baptista Ventura, now in memory. Lawyer, university professor, and economist, from the City of São Paulo, Ventura saw, lived, and helped build part of the history of the Brazilian commercial and industrial real estate market development since the beginning of the 1970s. In addition to that, he traveled around the world helping his clients and business partners.
Currently, the firm provides customized services, proposing individualized, strategic, specific and straightforward solutions, under the direction of lawyers Alessandra Scapin and Alexandre Ventura, who seek the best results alongside mutual trust relationships.

ALEXANDRE VENTURA
Lawyer, from the City of São Paulo, postgraduate in European Economic Criminal Law from the Law School of the University of Coimbra – Portugal, and in Constitutional Law from the Higher Education School of Constitutional Law.
Practicing Law since 1995, working for major law firms. He has been a speaker on labor relations and entrepreneurship for many years and a writer of several articles related to these themes. Currently, he is a loyal defender of entrepreneurship and all forms of sustainable economic development from a social and environmental perspective.
ANDREIA C. SCAPIN
Civil and Tax Law experience in consulting and litigation matters, since 2003.
Doctorate degree in Tax Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), 2012-2017, with research carried out at Università La Sapienza di Roma on the State Responsibility for tax damage.
Master of Criminal Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), 2007-2010, specialization in Tax Law from the same university, 2010-2012. Bachelor of Law from Universidade Mackenzie, 2003, and Bachelor of Arts in Letters from the University of São Paulo (USP) with a major in Italian language. Guest teacher of the Tax Law Graduate Program of Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
